50th annual conference

The 50th annual conference will take place on August 7-9, 2026 at the Rogers Convention Center, 55 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

The program starts at 3pm on Friday, August 7, and ends at 1pm on Sunday, August 9.

The block of hotel rooms with special ABS rates is now full and hotels are applying their regular rates. The closest hotels to the convention center are the Westin and the Fairmont Chateau Laurier, but there are also several other options within easy walking distance.

The conference is preceded by a number of thematic seminars taking place on Thursday and Friday (6-7 August). Participation in these seminars requires a separate application and registration.

Conference registration opens on 21 March 2026 and will close when capacity is reached or on 15 July, whichever comes first. Make your travel arrangements after registering as there will not be on-site registration or exceptions to the maximum number of registrations we can accept.

The parking nearest to Rogers Centre Ottawa is a 2-storey underground facility providing 730 spaces. It features three entrances located on Daly Avenue and Nicholas Street South. The three exits are located on Nicholas Street South. Entry points to both the Rogers Centre Ottawa and the Rideau Centre shopping complex are located on both levels on the north and west walls. There are four handicap spaces per level located on the north wall near the Rideau Centre entrances.

A parking ticket will be automatically issued upon entry. When you are leaving there are four ways for you to pay.

– Pay on exit with credit or debit

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations: 

CF Rideau Centre offers eight Tesla superchargers, one level 3 DC Flo fast charger (CHAdeMO & CCS Combo), and two level 2 Flo chargers, all located in the Green Garage. Standard charging and parking rates apply.

  • 1 hour: $6.00 
  • 2 hours: $12.00 
  • 3 hours: $18.00 
  • 4 hours: $22.00 
  • 5 hours (Daily max): $22.00 
  • 24 hours: $33.00
